Assistant Manager - Restructuring

As an Assistant Manager

You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency appointments from initial appointment through to closure, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements while delivering an exceptional service to stakeholders.

Case Management

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
• Administer formal insolvency procedures including:
• Administrations
• Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
• Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
• Compulsory Liquidations
