Assistant Manager - Quality

Purpose of Job:

To monitor the In Process against the Standard process flow and Continuously Improve the process by reduce Process rejections.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Frequent have the internal team interaction (R&D, Production, Stores etc) to have good Quality to be produced
• Making the document for the Entire product as Process Flow, Control plan, PFMEA etc.
• Confirming the Line Process to meet the expectation of the BOM and Drawing requirements (Define Inspection method, Training to the Process Engineers etc).
• Jointly Support to Supplier Quality team to share the details of the deviation from the Drawing requirements (FFF methodology).
• Need to consider the PDI inspection on time clearance and take the actions immediately without Stoppage of the shipments.
• Supporting the QMS lead to achieve the ISO 9001: 2015 requirements for the In process.
