Quality Assurance (QA) Functions

  • Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
  • Prepare, review, and approve:Quality plans (QAP)Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)Method StatementsWork procedures as per ISO standards
  • Ensure compliance with:Contract specificationsIS codes / ASTM / relevant standardsClient and consultant requirements
  • Conduct internal quality audits and ensure closure of non-conformities.
  • Monitor vendor & subcontractor quality systems and approvals

    • Quality Control (QC) Functions

    supervise and carry out inspection and testing of materials and works:

  • Concrete works (batching, pouring, curing)
  • Rock excavation, slope stabilization, tunneling
  • Dam structures, waterways, surge shafts, power house
  • Reinforcement and shuttering checks
  • Ensure testing of materials like:Cement, aggregates, steel, water, admixtures
