Assistant Manager - Proposal Writer

Responsibilities: Lead and manage proposal development for various service lines, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Write, edit, and review proposal documents including RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure accurate representation of services. Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices for consistency and efficiency. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Ensure proposals meet branding, formatting, and organizational standards. Track proposal progress and provide regular updates to management.
