- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order fulfilment within the WTG manufacturing unit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, logistics, Techno-commercial, Engineering and Finance to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Track and report project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project execution, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Support project managers in preparing reports, presentations, and customer updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate customer visits, audits, and inspections at the manufacturing site.
