JOb Purpose

To drive the effective execution of a complex, multi-layered project by overseeing budgetary alignment, grant deliverables, and coordination systems – ensuring timely implementation, compliance with donor expectations, and smooth collaboration across technical, administrative, and field teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and implementation of internal coordination systems that keep project activities aligned with timelines, budget ceilings, and donor deliverables.
• Maintain oversight of project-level trackers including procurement, disbursements, HR movements, and operational progress, ensuring accuracy and actionability.
