Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Project is responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This role oversees day-to-day site operations, coordinates with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements. The incumbent will also monitor project progress, manage project documentation, control costs, and provide timely reporting while supporting the Project Manager in achieving overall project objectives. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure efficient project execution and operational excellence.
