Job Description
Handling end-to-end Manufacturing of Tinned Copper Conductor and Cables.
Responsible for processes like RBD, Tinning, Multi-Wire Drawing, Bunching, Stranding, Extrusion, Rewinding, Laying, Taping, Braiding Screening etc.
Take care of process parameter as per the manufacturing specifications.
Ensure there is no over consumption of materials and manage scrap as per the Bill of Material (BOM)
Planning & Scheduling for Tinned Copper Conductor section and E-Beam Cable manufacturing process according to the Customer’s order.
Planning for Raw material, Man, Machine, Method technically at shop floor and inter department communication.
Resolving technical issues on the shop floor and basic maintenance of machines.
Maintaining Consumption report, Daily Production report.
Time study for increasing productivity and ramp-up production.
