Assistant Manager, Product Performance and Analytics

This position is responsible for managing the existing BPLAC product and fund portfolio against customer value and set KPIs, and recommends and implements corrective measures (e.g. pull-out, repricing) of existing products as necessary.

Tracks product performance vs. business objectives, puts in place levers that will allow the company to hit VONB, product mix or other relevant targets mandated by company strategy, recommends and implements corrective measures to ensure achievement of set goals;

Provides sales support through regular report generation of product performance for strategy development according to Territory, Area/Division, per distribution channel, in coordination with Business Analytics and Distribution teams;
