Job Description
Role responsibilities:
- Reporting to Procurement Manager in delivering supplier management activities for West Asia
- Drive and coordinate with the Sales team for all RFx requirements for new bids in the FM space as assigned.
- Help undertake RFP's and RFQ's to establish competitive benchmarks for various goods and services for IFM businesses.
- Support any other Regional and National sourcing initiatives as specified by Head West Asia – Procurement (IFM).
- Responsible to build pricing for all Manpower Service and consumable categories in all RFPs requirements of new bids
- Negotiate pricing or terms with vendors wherever required to provide best possible solution to all the accounts.
- Manage data analysis and reporting for JLL clients' manpower and rate card information, utilizing BI dashboards.
