  • Employee Retention-Strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Training & development-training need analysis based on the appraisal and training coordination.
  • Works closely with transition team and ensure implementation of HR projects.
  • Responsible for data integrity in HR systems.
  • Implements best practices and supports the delivery of HR processes at the business unit / area.
