Responsible for overseeing the payroll processing and benefits administration functions with the following key responsibilities:
Planning, organizing and coordinating payroll and benefits administration functions
Provide assistance to the Compensation, Benefits and Compliance Manager on processing personnel movements, processing of annual salary increase and annual incentive program and other management reports , regional and global reporting requirements.
Training, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff
Monitoring activities of payroll process and employee benefits services
Ensuring that all concerns of the employees are addressed accurately and timely by the team
Communicating with the providers on the requirements and issues and ensure compliance on the set SLAs.
