Job Description
Job Purpose
This position shall be responsible for HR- Organizational Development related interventions those shall be assigned. Supporting the design, development and implementation of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development Programs for all employees, Leadership development programs, Training & Certification framework, Coaching and Mentoring, Sales and Digital Skills Development Programs, Feedback Mechanism, Annual department reviews, and other related OD tools for the organization. Responsible for Employee Engagement, designing / executing Culture Interventions or programs.
