Salary Package: ₱40,000–₱45,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support a high-performing operations team
  • Monitor KPIs and provide coaching and feedback
  • Ensure smooth daily operations for global customers


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Eastwood
