- Manage the onboarding process for driver partners, including verification of documents and compliance checks.
- Oversee cash handling and daily transaction reporting.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, customer service, or team supervision.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in preparing operational reports.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Willing to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal
