Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the onboarding team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage the onboarding process for driver partners, including verification of documents and compliance checks.
  • Oversee cash handling and daily transaction reporting.
  • Identify operational issues and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, customer service, or team supervision.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in preparing operational reports.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Willing to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal
