Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances and timely filings
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project-wise cost control
- Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards
- Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements
