Role; Assistant Manager - Operations

Location; Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Mode: Work from office

JOB PURPOSE:

The Assistant Manager - Operations will help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together collaboratively. Collaborate with the team to ensure the account is providing consistently excellent products and service. He / She set daily Team Leaders objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed account productivity and goals. He/she also tackles operational issues in an effective and professional manner.

Non-Negotiable skills/experience

Years of Experience:

At least 2+ years of AM experience preferably with
Email Management & Chat or Case/Ticketing

Must have a client management experience

Skills:

Day-to-day operations management of around up to 75 FTE with 6 to 7 TLs

Drive employee retention & engagement
