Key Responsibilities:



* Supervise and coordinate the onboarding team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

* Manage the onboarding process for driver partners, including verification of documents and compliance checks.

* Oversee cash handling and daily transaction reporting.

* Identify operational issues and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement.



Qualifications:

* Proven experience in operations, customer service, or team supervision.

* Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Experience in preparing operational reports.

* Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

* Willing to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal
