- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review and decision-making processes.
- Manage senior executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle documentation such as drafting letters, emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools
