Job Title: Assistant Manager of Retail Activation

Location: Shanghai, China

Reports to: Senior Retail Experience Manager

Job Purpose:
This role is responsible to help architect and build a seamless client journey and activation across retail touchpoints, to elevate brand presence and impact in retail space to help drive sustainable commercial growth for offline stores.

Key Responsibility

  • Retail marketing strategy and plan

  • Lead end-to-end campaign lifecycle management, from design and execution to performance tracking, and ROI analysis, to identify gaps between actual sales and forecasts, and implement actionable optimization plans.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Product, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to ensure synergy and alignment in packaging, inventory and initiatives for seamless omni-channel execution.
