Position: Lead/Assitsant Manager - Data Center
Experience: 5-10 years

Preferred Certifications (Nice to have):
+ Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA/RHCE)
+ Microsoft Certified: Windows Server (MCSA/MCSE)
+ VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
+ Storage Certifications from Dell, NetApp, HPE, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain RHEL and Windows operating systems in physical and virtual environments.
• Deploy and manage VMware vSphere/ESXi environments including VM provisioning, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
• Administer user access, system permissions, and file systems across platforms.
• Plan and implement server and storage solutions, including backups, DR planning, and high-availability setups.
