Role Overview

1. Manage and supervise teams reviewing denied claims and service requests.
2. Ensure accurate retrospective medical necessity reviews based on coding and reimbursement logic.
3. Oversee analysis of medical records, clinical notes, and supporting documentation.
4. Ensure services are evaluated in line with clinical policies and guidelines.
5. Review and validate clinical summaries prepared for medical doctor review.
6. Monitor navigation across multiple systems for clinical and claims data accuracy.
