About the Role
The Assistant Manager – Payment Integrity (Complex & Clinical Audit) serves as the day-to-day operations point of contact for Medical Management and/or Medical Coding teams. You will lead a team of nurses and allied healthcare professionals, drive operational performance, support audit initiatives, and ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary operations point of contact for Medical Management and/or Medical Coding teams
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders for program initiatives
Support the creation, launch, and execution of critical account initiatives
Provide inputs to policies and processes impacting operations
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of nurses and/or allied healthcare professionals
Ensure team members meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality metrics
