Overview Support ‘Spare parts ordering’ processes in collaboration with site and cross-functional team Oversee overall inventory movement. Uphold the right inventory levels of spare parts in sites. Review inventory utilisation and recommend changes to min/max inventory levels Coordinate the purchase/replenishment related processes to be aligned with maintenance requirements Create reports following standardized templates as aligned with BU / plants Input stock take count data into system Reconcile purchase orders and invoices on system Responsibilities Receive inventory replenishment requirements and oversee overall inventory movement Check spare parts name, parameter, supplier info, category etc. Raise PO: Create PO and send to suppliers for inventorised orders Track PO status in system and coo...
