  • Overall operation experience of 5 / 10 years into Sea (export / import) – added advantage if experience on AIR shipment
  • Relationship with shipping lines for booking / BL release on priority
  • Well experienced on OOG cargo / special containers
  • Complete understanding on import / export process till file closing.
  • Vendor management
  • Technical system / process management
  • Team management
  • Set up KPI’s of team members to ensure that smooth handling of shipments
