Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local corporate accounts.
  • Support the team’s Associate Director and Director on all aspects of account management.
  • Understand clients’ financing requirements and perform detailed analysis, evaluation & structure detailed financing terms.
  • Credit origination including writing credit papers, using EOS and other systems for loan origination & driving internal process flow for credit approvals.
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with applicable regulatory framework, guidelines and the Group’s policies and procedures.
  • Negotiation and finalization of loan documentation.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties such as client, solicitors, accountants, financial advisers, etc.
