What are we looking for? 

An Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 


•    University Degree, preferably in Commerce, Accounting & Management or any other Accounting qualification.
•    Finance / Accounting major and certified, e.g. ACCA/ CPA.
•    3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry
•    Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
•    Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and revenue accounting
•    Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
•    Experience with hotel PMS/finance systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, SunSystems, or similar) is preferred
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
