Responsibilities

• Live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values, delivering the customer journey on shift across all channels.
• Drive the development of your team and spot great talent for future managerial roles.
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality and team engagement in a fast-paced environment.
