Assistant Manager

We are looking for brilliant Assistant Managers, someone who is passionate about hospitality, someone who understands the challenges of the job but can embrace them with a smile. Someone who can lead by example, someone who can share their knowledge with a new team and help them to grow as a unit. The right person for the job will have a passion and love for beer (we are, after all called The Craft Beer Co.) but will need to understand that at heart, we are a hospitality business and we need to cater for all of our customers be they beer lovers or not.

We are looking for someone with ideas and who can look at the local area and identify how we might appeal to our market. Qualities which we value in this position are honesty, integrity and importantly loyalty.
