  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure proper packing, labeling, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, inventory levels, shipment tracking, and any discrepancies.
  • Prepare the required shipping documentation for all export shipments.
  • Transmit export declarations as needed
  • Organize and arrange the transmission and filing of import and export related documentation
  • Ensure for proper coordination with logistics providers and provide reports
  • Update ERP, logistics and shipping software data as needed
  • Work closely with Hub Customer Service to ensure for compliance and timely shipments
  • Provide assistance to Armstrong logistics departments with inter-company and inventory activities
