Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager Legal role located in Karachi. The Assistant Manager Legal will be responsible to support the Legal Department in managing commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute-related matters, ensuring timely, risk-calibrated legal support to business functions while maintaining governance standards.
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (vendor, service, franchise, logistics, aviation, etc.).
Supporting litigation management and coordination with external counsel.
Assisting with regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
Preparing internal legal notes, risk assessments, and summaries for management.
Maintaining proper documentation and version control of contracts.
Supporting policy drafting and internal governance initiatives.
