Assistant Manager Legal - Group Functions

What You Would Be Doing :

The incumbent will carry out a range of functions and tasks in support of the legal team.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and managing end-to-end contract lifecycle,

including renewals, amendments, obligations tracking, while ensuring compliance with

applicable laws and company standards.

- Reviewing marketing creatives, webpages, and promotional collaterals for accuracy,

compliance, and consistency with brand and regulatory guidelines.

- Assist businesses with compliance and risk management related matters and where

necessary, coordinating with various departments and ensuring the compliance, conducting

legal audit and due diligence

- Anticipate legal support needs of the business and help define and drive the strategic plans

of the Business.
