Summary: The Assistant Manager – L&D will support the design, delivery, and implementation of learning
initiatives across the organization. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs,
manage training programs, monitor effectiveness, and contribute to building a strong learning culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Design, coordinate, and deliver learning interventions (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).
Manage end-to-end execution of training programs — scheduling, logistics, communication, and feedback.
Partner with SMEs to create learning content and frameworks aligned with business goals.
Track training completion, analyze feedback, and report training metrics.
