Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
  • Develop and deliver content for training sessions and e-learning programs.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and monitor training progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
