Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and execution of operational aspects of programs and events
End-to-end logistics planning for workshops, camps, conferences, and initiatives
Management of registrations, participant data, and attendance records
Coordination with volunteers, speakers, vendors, and internal teams
Monitoring budgets, expenses, and operational resources
Issue resolution and on-ground problem-solving during events
