Assistant Manager

We are seeking a detail-orientedDirect Tax Professional to join our dynamic tax team. This role will involve
overseeing and managing direct tax matters, with a focus on withholding taxes,
tax audits and tax technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
understanding of tax compliance, regulations, and technology, and will play a
key role in ensuring withholding tax compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

1.Withholding
Taxes:

oOversee the calculation, compliance, and
reporting of withholding taxes on various payments, including domestic and
international transactions.

oEnsure timely and accurate withholding tax
filings and remittances in accordance with local and international tax laws.

oAdvise internal stakeholders on
withholding tax implications for cross-border transactions, including the
application of tax treaties and exemptions.
