  • Owns and manages the customer experience for large (Maha) customers
  • End to end responsibility for customer experience/ essential services
  • Manager customer experience in compliance with all company procedures
  • Manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures.
  • Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective solution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
