Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Commercial Leasing & Lending (CLL)!
This position is responsible but not limited to managing complex loan functions related to the processing of Commercial Lending, Syndications, Real Estate Construction and Asset Based Financing
Responsibilities
.Review and Approve the Collateral updates in sub ledger
.Review and Approve Loan Disbursements for Bilateral & Syndicated Deals
.Approving settlements with Investors/Syndications
.Responsible for approving all two-touch transactions i.e., Reversals, Rate change etc.
.Following up with Risk/Customer/Agent for timely clearance of pending items
.Ensuring all the cash activities in sub ledger are in sync with bank activities
.Analyze and Monitor various Metrics reports to control income and reporting leakages
.Handling on floor queries from Loan Analyst and provide assistance
