This opportunity is within the Technology Integration & Separation (I&S) – M&A team, part of Deal Advisory & Strategy at KDNI.
As an Assistant Manager in the I&S team, you will play a critical role in supporting M&A transactions , helping clients navigate technology due diligence, integrations, carve‑outs, and value creation initiatives .
