Manpower Management: Evaluating and calculating manpower requirements and capacity as per monthly plans; managing resources to meet production and distribution schedules
Low Cost Automation: Evaluating proposals and preparing business cases for senior management; conducting cost studies, economic comparisons, and justification analysis
New Product Launches – Work Content Optimization: Collaborating with design teams to optimize work content at the design and process level before shop floor implementation
