Role Summary
Hands of experience on operation of Fermenters, Nutrient dosing vessels, Media preparation vessels and CIP tanksTo perform equipment cleaning, monitoring and ensure housekeeping activitiesCalibration of pH meters and Standard weights verification of weighing balancesMonitoring and maintenance of raw material / Product inventory in co-ordination with superiors.Request of the raw materials from the Stores through the Material Requisition Slip.In-process product samplingData entry in Quality recordsMonitoring and maintenance of raw material / Product inventory in co-ordination with superiors.Monitoring and coordination with Maintenance and Instrumentation team for maintenance and breakdown activitiesTo monitor the equipment qualifications and requalification’s plan.
