Job Summary

Assistant Store Manager – part‑time position (starting pay $17.85 per hour). The role supports store operations, customer service, and team development in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day store activities and maintain a well‑stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Provide positive customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Help transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to stockroom and sales floor, ensuring seasonal areas are maintained.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests, and other store communications.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store‑front fixtures and displays.
