- Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of food receiving, preparation, storage, and service areas to identify and address food safety and hygiene issues
- Manage the effective maintenance of all hygiene-related documentation and records
- Collaborate with external agencies, including laboratories and government bodies, on sanitary matters
- Oversee the proper segregation, storage, and removal of all waste streams, including recyclables and hazardous materials
- Lead and conduct food safety training programs for staff members across all departments
- Perform internal food safety audits and develop action plans to address any identified issues
