Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for coordinating all HR activities related to employees. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in the fields of Recruitment, Employee Benefits and Timekeeping, Employee and Labor Relation, Training and Development, Performance Management and Organizational Development.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience and hold a Bachelor's degree, with manufacturing industry HR experience required.

I. PLANNING MANAGEMENT

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.

· Plan and develop human resources budget requirement and compliance.

· Suggest long range and operational plans involving human resources.
