Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support key HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Pakistan’s labor laws, HR systems, and end-to-end operational processes, including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and interaction with government entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws.
  • Administer attendance and leave management systems.
  • Handle compensation and benefits planning and execution, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
