Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing Recruitment, HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and providing support for HR management.
Qualifications:
Must be strong in End - End Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Experience in HR Management and Benefits Administration
Develop and maintain HR policies
Experience in managing employee benefits and resolving employee issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in Payroll Management is an extra plus
Salary - Up to 4 LPA
