Job Description
PRIMARY ROLE
To manage day-to-day HR operational matters for JEN Singapore Tanglin, partnering Division Heads to deliver strong HR service across payroll administration, talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation & benefits, performance management, work pass/visa administration, and employee engagementaligned with Shangri-La Group standards and Singapore employment legislation.
Responsibilities
1. Payroll Administration (Core Ownership)
Own end-to-end monthly payroll administration, including compilation of payroll inputs (new hires, resignations, salary changes, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave, claims, overtime where applicable).
Prepare and manage all payroll administration deliverables including IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B (where applicable), Benefits-in-Kind, and related statutory payroll documentation.
