Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager for HR Payroll is responsible for ensuring on-time processing of timekeeping & payroll records and the accuracy of all reports related with Payroll process, Benefits Administration, and other payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities / Core Functions

  • Direction, Control, and full management of the payroll and social security process.
  • Payroll processing and update management.
  • Payroll calculation and processing.
  • Social security calculation and payment.
  • Final settlement and benefit calculation and payment.
  • Generation of weekly reports for Head Office.
