Your Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee comprehensive HR operations at the plant. Maintain accurate employee records and digital HR database. Maintain Success factor Data Accuracy in line with MIS. Assist in hiring, onboarding process & Manpower Planning. Employee‘s Query Management / Grievance Handling. Coordination with plant stake holders for executing the HR initiatives and support in implementation of HR policies in plant. 2. Time & Attendance Management:
Maintaining day-to-day employee attendance record through cosec and timely updation of Leave record in cosec portal. Frequent generation of multiple reports from cosec for management use. (customized reports) OT slip validation & updation in Excel sheet / Cosec. Fortnight Over time report to the HOD’s. Frequent check of Weekly off non...
