Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on HR professional to support store-level HR operations across the South region . The role will act as a field HR Business Partner , ensuring smooth workforce management, statutory compliance, payroll accuracy, and strong employee engagement across stores and operational sites.
The role requires extensive interaction with frontline teams and business stakeholders to ensure manpower availability, workforce productivity, and employee retention.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have prior experience working in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry .
